It is crucial that you regularly review and update your content. Having old information available, particularly online, can have serious consequences. Monash publishes policies that are available to the general public and these policies change regularly. If a user makes a decision based on old information, Monash is liable for giving inaccurate advice.

Set a date to review the content and include it in the content strategy or publication plan. When you review, ensure all details are still accurate, and the information is still current and has not been duplicated elsewhere.
Should details like staff roles or semester dates change before the review date, the content owner must alert the publishing coordinator. If you no longer need the content or it's outdated, delete or archive it.
