Ms Rebecca Dee-Bradbury is a non-executive director at Grain Corp Ltd, BlueScope Steep Ltd and TOWER Ltd.
She was formerly the Chief Executive Officer and President of Developed Markets (Asia Pacific and Australia/New Zealand) with Mondelēz International (previously known as Kraft Foods/Cadbury) where she lead the business through transformational change.
Under her leadership the company became the fastest growing food manufacturer in Australia.
Prior to joining Mondelēz, Ms Dee-Bradbury was the Chief Executive Officer of the Barbecues Galore group, and held a number of other senior executive positions in organisations including Maxxium Premium Wines and Spirits, Burger King Corporation and Lion Nathan / Pepsi Cola Bottlers.
Ms Dee-Bradbury has participated in a number of industry policy leadership forums, including the Prime Minister’s Manufacturing Leaders Group (Food and Agriculture Representative), Premier Napthine’s Food and Agriculture to Asia Strategic Advisory Committee and The Federal Government’s Strategic Advisory Board on Australia in the Asian Century.
In 2013 Ms Dee-Bradbury was named one of Australia’s Most Influential Women (Winner Board and Management Section) at the Westpac AFR Women of Influence Awards. She is a member of CEW and an inaugural member of the Business Advisory Board for the Monash Business School.
She is married with two children and resides in Melbourne.
