Dr Susan Lim (MBBS(Hons) 1979)
Renowned surgeon Susan Lim performed Singapore's first successful liver transplant in 1990. She is also the recipient of a Monash University Distinguished Alumni Award.

Sir Edward 'Weary' Dunlop (PhC 1927)
The late Sir Edward 'Weary' Dunlop graduated at the top of his class at the Victorian College of Pharmacy. He went on to become a successful surgeon and World War II leader.

Dr Don Watson (PhD 1977)
Author Don Watson has released his latest book American Journeys (Random House, 2007). Dr Watson worked for Australian Prime Minister Paul Keating as speechwriter and advisor.
