Round 2 offers work exactly the same way as Round 1, there are just fewer offers made.
You are still eligible for a Round 2 offer for any higher preference course, even if you accept your Round 1 offer.
You just need to be sure you accept your Round 1 offer as you can withdraw without penalty if you receive a Round 2 offer.
Not all courses will make Round 2 offers.
High demand courses usually offer all their places in Round 1 and if this is the case they will not make any Round 2 offers.
