Monash students are now able to purchase a digital academic record (transcript) through the My eQuals portal, a secure and trusted provider already used by international institutions.
My eQuals is being adopted by 45 of Australia and New Zealand's 47 universities. It allows you to securely share your documents online with anyone, including employers and other universities.
How secure are digital documents?
Instant, secure and environmentally-friendly, My eQuals protects your credentials, guaranteeing the integrity and authenticity of your digital documents.
The underlying systems have been independently tested by security experts to ensure documents are authentic, tamper-evident and legally valid when viewed online. All documents contain digital signatures that meet the legal requirements of certified digital documents in countries around the world.
These security features can't be guaranteed if you choose to print the digital documents, but you can still buy official, certified hard copies.
Who has access?
You can now buy a digital version of your official academic record (transcript) and share the link with potential employers, universities, or anyone else. See academic records for full details.
Starting with the upcoming May graduation ceremonies, all new graduates will be awarded digital graduation documents as well as a hard copy award certificate (testamur). Your free certified digital copies last forever and you'll be able to provide these instantly for employment or study applications.
If you graduated before May 2017, you may receive access to digital graduation documents over time, depending on when you completed your study. We're working to give as many Monash graduates as possible access to digital documents.
