27 April 2017
The Monash Biomedicine Discovery Institute (BDI) is opening its doors to the community to celebrate the Day of Immunology
- Research Talks: Delivered by some of our youngest immunology scientists, these talks will highlight the discoveries taking place in our laboratories and show how these lead to new vaccines, medicines and therapies to fight disease.
- Discovery Tour: Our Early Career Researchers will guide you through an exploration of the Monash BDI and the facilities where immunology research happens. The tour includes a visit to our newly opened scientific exhibition, hands-on activities in the laboratories and visits to our cutting-edge technology platforms.
- Meet & Greet: Over a light lunch you will meet and chat with our researchers, junior and senior. We look forward to answering any questions about immunology you may have.
- Scientific Photography Exhibition “Snapshots of the Immune System”: When you register to our event you can also register to visit this wonderful exhibition on display at the Monash Immersive Visualisation Facility (The Cave), just a 5 min walk from the Monash BDI.
