Compulsory course information sessions
All domestic students with a VTAC round one offer are required to attend a course information session, which provides important information about course structure and unit selection. The date, time and venue of your information and enrolment sessions are available via the Get Started webpage.
If you have a post round one offer, or are unable to attend the round one session, you can access the course information sessions recordings online.
International students are strongly encouraged to view the online course information sessions to better prepare them for enrolment day.
International students must enrol in person on enrolment day. Check your offer letter for details.
All Engineering courses have different course requirements. Course and unit information is listed in the Monash University Handbook. It is your responsibility to make sure you understand and complete all your course requirements, to be able to graduate on time.
Course maps are available to help you with your course planning and future enrolment are located the handbook entry for your course.
The course information sessions will guide you through the process of deciding which units to enrol in for first year.
As a new student you are required to attend enrolment day to:
- have your online enrolment checked and your Enrolment checklist stamped by Faculty staff
- seek enrolment advice and assistance
- learning about University services
Domestic students (studying on campus)
If you are unable to attend on these days, please ensure you have enrolled online by your offer lapse date. You must have your enrolment checked by the Engineering Faculty Office before semester starts. An enrolment check session has been scheduled for approved students on Thursday, 16 February between 11 am and 1 pm at the Engineering Faculty Office, ground floor, 14 Alliance Lane Clayton campus.
International students (studying on campus)
You must attend enrolment day. Dates and times for enrolment day sessions are outlined in your offer letter.
