The Future Women Leaders Conference is a unique event specially designed to support women in engineering to progress their academic careers.
The two day conference hosted by Monash University will gather early career academics in engineering from around Australia. Attendees will attend skill development workshops, learn strategies to deal with the specific challenges facing women in engineering and network with their peers.
Guest speakers include Professor Cordelia Selomulya and Professor Karen Hapgood. The program will be available soon.

The Monash Engineering Women's Leadership Award supports your conference attendance, the network dinner and 2 nights accommodation for interstate attendees.
Female postdocs and early career researchers from any university or institution who are interested in pursuing an academic engineering career are encouraged to apply for this award. Attendance to the Future Women Leaders Conference is restricted to award recipients only.
