Please visit the Shop.Monash website to make your payment for Replacement of the TMC Certificate.

*Note if you cannot complete the payment via the Shop.Monash University payment system with a debit/credit card or PayPal, payment can be made via an Official Bank Cheque or a Postal Note from Australia Post (payable to Monash University). NOTE: Personal or business cheques or cash cannot be accepted. If you choose this payment option, please send the official Bank Cheque or Postal Note from Australia Post together with the completed Enrolment Form to the contact address provided below by the closing date of the relevant semester.

3.On finalisation of your payment on-line, please complete the Replacement of the TMC Certificate form and email, fax or mail.  Please send to Brenda O'Keefe:

4.On receipt of the request form and advice of payment, the Completion Certificate will be sent to you in the mail to the address provided within five-ten (5-10) working days.
