Transfer of test date

You may transfer your IELTS test date if there are places available, by completing the Transfer of Test form in person five weeks prior to your scheduled test date.  An administration fee of $20 applies.  No transfer is allowed less than five weeks prior to the scheduled test.

Please provide your receipt when requesting a transfer.

Cancelling an IELTS test

You may cancel your IELTS test and receive a refund by contacting us five weeks or more before your scheduled test date.  An administration fee of 25% of the full test fee applies for cancellation.  No refund will be given for cancellation less than five weeks prior to the test.

You are required to complete the Request for Refund or Test Date Transfer Form and return it to our centre.

Please provide your application receipt number when cancelling.

Requests for re-marking of results

If for any reason you wish to query your test results, you need to complete and lodge the IELTS enquiry on results form in person at the IELTS Centre Reception, within six weeks of test date.
