60. Online Teaching and Learning

The University undertakes to develop a policy on on-line teaching and learning within one year of the certification of this Agreement. The policy will address the matter that sessional academic staff members should not have sole academic responsibility for the development on an on-line teaching course. However, nothing in this Agreement prevents the University, in its discretion, from amending or varying the resulting policy throughout and beyond the nominal life of the Agreement.
