This part applies to the following categories of trades and services staff: Carpenters, Electricians, Fitters, Oiler/Greasers, Painters, Plant Attendants, Plumbers, Store Attendants (as defined under clause 3); and Trade Assistants

Section 2 - Salaries and Related Matters

76. Waiting Time

A staff member who is required to attend for work and is kept waiting to commence work by instructions of the University or its representative, shall be paid at his/her ordinary rate of pay for the time he/she is so kept waiting.
