How to get your fees statement
After you enrol, we:
- calculate your fees
- send an email to your Monash account with your fees statement attached
- if you enrol early for the following year, your fees statement won't arrive until sometime in mid-December – that's when we start emailing the statements
- make your fees statement available in the Web Enrolment System (WES).
If you add or drop a unit
If you add or drop a unit, it may alter the amount you owe, so we'll send you an updated fees statement. This may take 24 to 48 hours.
Make sure you check your enrolment details on your statement. If you're unsure about something, see how to read your fees statement.
If you believe your fees statement is wrong
If your enrolment details are correct and you still believe your fees statement is wrong, contact us and tell us:
- the issue date of the fees statement
- the amount and date of payment, and
- why you think the units listed or the amount shown is incorrect.
To ensure you receive important communications from the University, it's your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your name and address through the Web Enrolment System (WES).
