Semester 1 2010 Graduand
information
Lists of student ID's for applications received
for Semester 1, 2010 ceremonies can be seen at:
"Confirm receipt of your application to graduate form
for Semester 1 2010 graduations" to locate your ID number.
Please note that application forms are
not individually acknowledged.
If you have lodged an application form and your ID does not
appear in the designated list, please email us at:
graduations@adm.monash.edu.au and we will check it for you.
If you make any subsequent change to your original application (eg.
change of venue or in absentia to attending) your ID will NOT be
transferred, it will still appear according to your initial choice.
A letter confirming the date and time of the graduation ceremony
for both attending and in absentia graduands will be sent six weeks
prior to your allocated ceremony.
Approaching each ceremony, these ID lists will change to a list of
names of graduands who are eligible for graduation. You should
then check the list for your name and award title. Tickets
and gown hire forms will then be posted to eligible graduands
approximately three weeks before each ceremony. The coloured gown hire
form must be returned to reserve your correct sized academic dress. 2010 Graduation Dates
The dates for all the 2010 graduation ceremonies
