CRICOS Supporting material

Registering a new course

To ensure the registration is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible, it is important that faculties provide Monash University International Student Admissions with the following documentation:

  • A completed CRICOS approval template
  • The course proposal or other course material providing details on course structure, duration, fee, admissions requirements etc.
  • A sample of course marketing material (if available)
  • Details of professional associations (if applicable)

Action to an existing CRICOS registered course

  • Course title: Please complete the CRICOS approval template and provide course material that must include the amended title.
  • Change of fee: Please email the CRICOS Administrator Vanice.Van@adm.monash.edu.au with details on the course title and new annual course fee to be applied.
  • Change of duration: Please complete the CRICOS approval template and provide course material with the amended duration included.
  • Change of Course Structure: Please provide the CRICOS Administrator with the new course structure. This will not require an amendment if the duration remains the same but CRICOS will need to be informed of the change.
