CRICOS Supporting material

Registering a new course

To ensure the registration is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible, it is important that faculties provide the CRICOS Administrator, International Recruitment Services with the following documentation:

  • A completed CRICOS approval template
  • The course proposal submitted to Faculty Board, providing details on course structure, duration, fee, admissions requirements etc.
  • Minutes of Faculty Board approving the course
  • A sample of course marketing material (if available)
  • Details of professional associations (if applicable)

Action to an existing CRICOS registered course

A new CRICOS must be allocated for a change in:
  • Course title: Please complete the CRICOS approval template and provide course material that must include the amended title and Faculty Board Minutes approving the amendment.
  • Duration: Please complete the CRICOS approval template and provide course material with the amended duration included.
  • Course Structure (25% or more): Please complete the CRICOS approval template and provide course material that must include the amended structure and Faculty Board Minutes approving the amendment.

The existing CRICOS code can remain for:

  • Change of tuition fee: Please email the CRICOS Administrator karen.allman@adm.monash.edu.au with the course title, CRICOS code and new annual course fee.

Amending any of the above will have implications for any offers and/or acceptances previously issued by International Recruitment Services. Faculties are advised to contact IRS for further information.
