International campuses and study centres

Malaysia campus

The Malaysia campus is a modern campus with about 4,000 students located 18km from the centre of Kuala Lumpur. The new purpose-built Sunway campus opened in 2007. Limited opportunities are available for exchange and study abroad students to study there in the faculties of Arts, Business and Economics, Engineering, Information Technology, Medicine and Science.

South Africa campus

The South Africa campus is a new and purpose built campus 20km northwest of Johannesburg. It offers excellent facilities and security for its 1200 students. The faculties of Arts, Business and Economics and Information Technology offer limited opportunities for exchange and study abroad students.

Prato centre

The study centre at Prato in Italy is in a beautiful 18th century plazzo about 20 minutes by train from Florence. A wide range of short term programs are offered at the centre and are open to exchange and study abroad students who enrol in the relevant courses during their semester at one of Monash's full campuses.
