Under Australian visa rules, exchange and study abroad students must be enrolled full-time throughout their stay.
At Monash full-time means either 18 credit points (usually 3 units) or 24 credit points per semester (usually 4 units). A normal full-time load for Monash students is 24 credit points but 18 credit points is permitted.
Students cannot enrol in more than 24 credit points per semester.
