Regular physical activity is a great way to improve your health and reduce your risk of diseases such as cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. We have programs and services that support increased participation and physical activity.
With one in five Australians experiencing a mental illness this year, we believe it's important to encourage friends, colleagues and family to seek help when they need it. When you work at Monash, you'll have access to services including:

As many of us consume at least half of our daily meals and snacks at work, we're in a unique position to influence healthy eating. We support employees to improve their eating habits by providing an wider range of healthy food, drinks and catering.
