The Monash Faculty of Law has a strong commitment to diverse and innovative forms of high-quality and cross-disciplinary legal research that has governmental, professional, and social impact.
Our members produce influential research that is doctrinal, theoretical, and law reform oriented and attracts research grants and funding from a variety of sources. Each grant summary contains an overview of the project and links to the Law staff members' Monash Researcher Profiles.
A number of other projects are listed in the Faculty research centres and groups. In addition a list of research degree awards is provided, highlighting the quality of our doctoral and research master's candidates.
