Monash SRH - Latrobe Regional Hospital and West Gippsland Hospital Libraries

Monash School of Rural Health - Latrobe Regional Hospital and West Gippsland Hospital Libraries at Traralgon and Warragul are independent of Monash University Library and the two library services work in cooperation. In addition to hospital staff, the libraries contribute to the learning, teaching and research activities of staff and students based at Monash School of Rural Health - Latrobe Valley and West Gippsland unit sites.

Borrowing from these libraries

Only site-based Monash University and Honorary staff and postgraduate students, site-based Monash University MBBS students and locally based ambulance officers can borrow from these libraries. To borrow, you need a current Monash University staff or student ID card and to register at the library desk before borrowing.

Within the School of Rural Health - Latrobe Regional Hospital and West Gippsland Hospital Libraries collection there are some Monash Library books available for Monash student use. They can be found in Search but are not available for loan through the Monash Loan requests function.

Site-based Monash University MBBS students may request books and audiovisual material from Monash branch libraries through Search. Items are sent to the hospital library for collection.
