Subscriber advantages

Subscribers to Monash University Academy of Performing Arts Theatre Season receive attractive savings and each year our current subscribers will get a priority booking period before the new seasons productions are open for sale to the public. This gives you the opportunity for the best A Reserve seats available.

Throughout the year special offers of other performing arts activities and special events here at Monash University Academy of Performing Arts are offered to subscribers -- just tick the box on the booking form below to indicate if you would like to hear from us about other upcoming events and exclusive subscriber offers.

Deferred payment

Choose any package and pay when you see the performance! Take advantage of the deferred debit plan. This plan enables you to pay for your tickets one week prior to the show, available when using Bankcard, MasterCard or Visa. You are only committed to paying the full amount of your package, and at no time can your package be cancelled.

Sitting with friends

If you wish to subscribe with a group of friends, all your forms should state the names of the others in the group and all forms should be submitted in the same envelope.

Note - 2007 theatre season matinee performances not available as part of the subscription packages. Single matinee tickets are available for purchase at a discounted rate.

'Leave the car at home' - matinee discount

As we are unable to guarantee you a parking space during the day we have discounted all our matinee tickets to $25. Use your ticket savings and come to Monash Matinees by public transport. Matinee tickets may be exchanged. However if exchanged for an evening performance, the full price will be charged.

Conditions

Please check your tickets to ensure that you have the correct dates and sessions.

Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance.

The use of cameras, video cameras and other recording equipment is not permitted during the performance.

Details in the brochure are correct at the time of publication.

Management reserves the right to add, withdraw, or substitute artists and vary the program should the necessity arise.

Monash University is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal details are held and used in accordance with the Information Privacy Principles of the Information Privacy Act 2000 (Vic). Should you no longer with to receive material form Monash University Academy of Performing Arts please phone us on +61 3 9905 1111 to have your name removed from our mailing list.

There is no refund on tickets sold except as provided for under the Australian Entertainment Industry Code of Fair Practice. Additional conditions of sale are noted on the reverse of the tickets.

Concessions

Concession prices apply to full-time students, pensioners, health care card holder and over 60's Senior Card holders. People bearing concession tickets must carry proof of entitlement to performance.

Deferred payment

Your credit card will be debited one week prior to each show for which you have subscribed. You are committed to paying the full amount and at no stage can your subscription be cancelled. Once committed to paying instalments, the full amount of the subscription must be paid this way. If a credit card number should be changed for any reason through the year, Monash University Academy of Performing Arts must receive immediate notification of the new number. Offer applied to Bankcard, Visa and MaterCard bookings only.

Subscriptions

Your subscription is a commitment to purchase tickets for a series of specific performances. At no stage can your subscription be cancelled during the year. Subscription bookings are processed in order of receipt. Your subscription tickets will be posted to you as soon as possible.

Exchange

If any of the dates you have selected become inconvenient, we are happy to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production subject to availability. Simply return your tickets to Monash University Academy of Performing Arts box office at least 25 hours before the performance date on the ticket or the performance you wish to attend -- whichever is the earlier.
