Stem Cell Awareness Day is a public education event aimed at fostering a greater understanding of stem cells in the community.

Patients, researchers, ethicists, support groups, and representatives from government andbusiness will discuss aspects of stem cell medicine, including:
• Cutting-edge research into stem cells and their clinical uses
• Stem cells and sports medicine
• What stem cells can and can’t cure
