Monash College Certificate Presentation Ceremony

For students who have completed their diploma

Tuesday 8th July 2008

Please join us at the Monash College Certificate Presentation Ceremony on Tuesday 8th July, where you will be presented with your diploma testamurs and ceremony certificate. You are welcome to bring guests with you to share this occasion. After the ceremony you and your guests are invited to enjoy some light refreshments while you celebrate with your peers, friends and teachers.

At the April certificate presentation ceremony students received their diploma testamurs from the Executive Principal of Monash College, Sue Bell. She said she was extremely proud of the students' achievements. "Their commitment has allowed them move through an open door to Monash University, and I wish them all the best with their future studies."

To register for your graduation ceremony, please download the registration form and return it to the Monash College Student Information counter.

1:30pm - 2:30pm Collection of Academic Dress       Building 51 Academic Dress
2:00pm - 3:00pm Photographs available by a professional photographer Foyer of the Alexander Theatre Building 7
3:00pm SHARP All students participating in the ceremony must be seated Alexander Theatre

Payment for hire of Academic Gown and Trencher

Payment of $50 must be received to the cashier at Monash College Pty Ltd no later than 5.00pm Wednesday 27 June 2008.

Once payment has been made, please complete and submit the registration form with your receipt to the Monash College Student Information counter.

Price of Photographs

A $30 cash sitting fee is required to be paid at the time of sitting.
