2009 Miscellaneous fees

There are a number of miscellaneous fee charges associated with the student’s enrolment and services offered by Monash College. Your tuition fee does not cover the cost of additional services.

Academic statements

One copy of the academic statement is provided free at graduation. Unofficial copies are available free from the web. A free copy is available for visa renewal (passport must be shown at the time of application)

A free copy is available for visa renewal (passport must be shown at the time of application)

Late re-enrolment fee

A late re-enrolment fee applies when a student has not competed re-enrolment by the due date

Re-instatement of enrolment after invalidation

A re-instatement fee applies when a student who has been invalidated, due to outstanding fees, seeks to be reinstated.

Identity card replacement

All students receive a free ID card at enrolment. A fee is applicable for replacing a lost card.

Testamur replacement

A student’s initial testamur is provided free of charge at graduation. A fee applies for a replacement testamur.

Graduation fee (attendance)

Fees apply where students wish to graduate at a ceremony, primarily to cover gown hire, catering and other associated costs. Graduation ‘in absentia’ is free of charge.

Overseas examination charge

Examination facilities are provided for all students studying on campus in Australia. A fee applies when students studying at Australian campuses request to undertake their exams at an off shore location. Requests in this category are typically made when students seek to attend weddings, family emergencies or other urgent business etc at an overseas location during the exam period.

Short letters

A fee will be charged for the production of various student letters i.e. proof of enrolment.
