Refunds

  • Any contracted students authority of leaving a Monash College programs in Guangzhou - China, must be fulfilled according to the conditions stated in agreements.
  • There is no refund for students expelled, suspended or deprived of the rights of studying in a Monash College program by breaking stated rules and laws including students who leave or discontinue a Monash College program without proper approval.

  • Refunds items in the contract:
  1. If the student is registered on the trimester start date.
  [a] 50% tuition fees paid are refundable if written notice is received before the following start date of the second trimester.
  [b] 10% tuition fees paid are refundable if written notice is received before the following start date of the third trimester.
  [c] No tuition fees paid are refundable if written notice is received after the following start date of the third trimester.
 
  2. If the student is registered on the second trimester.
  [a] 50% tuition fees paid are refundable if written notice is received before the current start date of the second trimester.
  [b] 10% tuition fees paid are refundable if written notice is received before the current start date of the third trimester.
  [c] No tuition fees paid are refundable if written notice is received after the current start date of the third trimester.
 
  3. If the student is registered on third trimester.
  [a] 50% tuition fees paid are refundable if written notice is received before the current start date of the second trimester.
  [b] 10% tuition fees paid are refundable if written notice is received before the following start date of the third trimester.
  [c] No tuition fees paid are refundable if written notice is received after the following start date of the third trimester.

  • All students applying for refunds must complete the school-exit procedures and provide the following:
  [a] Invoice or receipt of payment
  [b] Copies of parent’s ID
  [c] The original payment agreement
  [d] Liquidation forms signed by all related personnel
