Application process

To apply for admission to Monash College in Indonesia please follow these steps:

Step 1
Download and complete the Monash College Application Form (TBA)

Step 2
Ensure you have the following information:

• certified academic results of your most recent qualification
• evidence of English language proficiency
• application for credit transfer (if appropriate)

Step 3
Mail or fax your application to:

Step 4
If your application is successful, you will be sent an offer package* including:

• a letter of offer
• acceptance documents
• offer documentation
• an accommodation guide and
• under 18 guardianship/caregiver details (if applicable)

Step 5
Accept your offer together with your initial payment which includes:

• 60% of the tuition fee for your nominated course must be received prior to commencement of the semester⁺
• other applicable fees
• under 18 guardianship/ care giver documents (if applicable)

Step 6
Monash College will issue an information package including:

• a welcome letter
• a Confirmation of Enrolment Form
• a student information guide

Step 7

• Arrange your own travel (if you live outside Jakarta)
• Inform Monash College of your plans by returning the Airport Reception Form and Accommodation Form (if required)

Step 8
Once you arrive at Monash College Indonesia, you’ll be assisted through the process of registration, enrolment and familiarisation with the College.

NOTES:

* Students who submit an incomplete application may be awarded a conditional offer from Monash College. These students will be required to forward the information or supporting documents missing from their original application. Monash will reassess the application and successful students will be awarded a full offer.

⁺ The remaining balance of the tuition fee is payable on a trimester basis. You must pay tuition fees in full before the beginning of each trimester.
