This two-storey building is classical and located on a walking distance to Monash College Indonesia.

Rates

The fee is vary depend on the size of the room, Rp 1.500.000 – 2.500.000 per month

Jl Setiabudi Barat No 14

This three-storey building is for boys only and has about 15 rooms spread over 3 floors. The room is more spacious for students and some have their own bathroom.

Rates

The rates vary on the size of the room, starting from Rp 1.700.000 to Rp 3.000.000 per month
