Tuition fees for the Diplomas of Arts (Communication, Journalism and Psychology), Business (Business or Commerce stream), Information Technology and the English Language Bridging program are as follows:

* Refundable at the completion of the study, after deducted from printing and photocopy usage.
** Book deposit will be deducted at the end of the second trimester if student wants to buy the books, or will be refunded if the student returns the borrowed books.
*** British Council membership, Library, Lunch, Pantry, Internet access & other general facilities.

Refunds

  • Any contracted students authority of leaving the Monash College Indonesian Campus, must be fulfilled according to the conditions stated in agreements.
  • There is no refund for students expelled, suspended or deprived of the rights of studying in the Monash College Program by breaking stated rules and laws including students who leave or discontinue the Monash College Program without proper approval.
  • Refunds items in the contract

Registration fee can not be refunded in any condition

  1. The withdrawal from the course takes place before 1 week after the starting date
    • 90% of Tuition Fee
    • 90% of Amenities
    • 100% of Student’s Deposit
    • Balance of Book Deposit

  2. The withdrawal from the course takes place after the student has studied for more than 1 up to 2 weeks
    • 75% of Tuition Fee of the subjects taken
    • 87.5% of Amenities
    • Balance of Student’s Deposit
    • Balance of Book Deposit

  3. The withdrawal from the course takes place after the student has studied for more than 2 up to 3 weeks
    • 50% of Tuition Fee of the subjects taken
    • 75% of Amenities
    • Balance of Student’s Deposit
    • Balance of Book Deposit

  4. The withdrawal from the course takes place after the student has studied for more than 3 up to 4 weeks
    • 25% of Tuition Fee of the subjects taken
    • 50% of Amenities
    • Balance of Student’s Deposit
    • Balance of Book Deposit

  5. The withdrawal from the course takes place after the student has studied for more than 4 weeks
    • 0% of Tuition Fee of the subjects taken
    • 0% of Amenities
    • Balance of Student’s Deposit
    • Balance of Book Deposit
