Jim Langford joined the Centre as a full-time Senior Research Fellow in mid-2005, after five years as a part-time secondment from the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Resources, (Tasmania). He is currently involved in a range of Austroads and other projects dealing mainly with older driver and speed issues and is also responsible for editing and contributing to the Australasian Road Safety Handbook.
