Course informationSubjectsMonash University Foundation Year offers compulsory and elective subjects. English is a compulsory subject for all course locations and all intakes. Elective subjects differ between locations and intakes. You should select your subjects based on your preferred Monash University degree. Search the Course Finder to choose a course and check entry requirements.
Teaching methodsTeaching methods include classes and supplementary support tutorials. Classes may consist of individual work and group work. All subjects are supported by references texts and/or software packages AssessmentThroughout the Foundation Year, your achievements are carefully monitored and you are given regular feedback on your progress. Assessment includes a mixture of course work, tests and examinations. Final assessment takes into account all of the above. All examinations are set, and results are moderated by Monash academics and ratified by the MUFY Board of Studies, chaired by a Monash University Dean. |
