File Manager Slow Display
Symptoms
The "File Manager" display in the Content Manager tab and also within a Section may not display instantly.
This may result in the list appearing empty until the link is "re-clicked.
Severity
Moderate - May affect teaching staff or students and cause interruption to normal business activities.
User roles affected
Designer (all levels)
Resolution
No resolution is available. The vendor has been made aware that the tool is not performing correctly and they are investigating.
Workaround
Re-click the link in Content Manager or swap to another view. When returning the full list of files should display
