System exception saving quizzes if user is over their file size quota

Symptoms

When trying to save a quiz question, the user is presented with a system exception page.

This occurs when the user goes over their alloted file size quota. Remove any unnecessary files to make room for the quiz.

We have requested an enhancement from the vendor so that an over-quota error is displayed instead of the system exception.
