Description

The School of Science alumni network is proud to invite you to this forum to discuss stress and how it affects mental health in the workplace.

Mental health problems arising from stress is an increasingly common issue faced by employers today. It is a growing concern that not only impacts the health of employees but also ultimately contributes to a loss of productivity.

Join us as we discuss the relationship between workplace stress and mental health, and identify early indicators of stress and ways to overcome them.
