The Awards recognise the contributions of staff who have implemented innovative and exciting ideas in Occupational Health and Safety at Monash University.

Things to consider prior to submitting your application
Nominations will be assessed on demonstrated attributes such as, implementing a strategy, innovative ideas to improve health and safety and to raise awareness.
Your application must include objective evidence to demonstrate any of the following:

Applications can be from individuals or teams and must have the support of their Head of Unit or Manager.
The following information needs to be included in the application:

The following prize money will be awarded to the successful nominees.
The Awards will be presented by the President & Vice-Chancellor or her nominee at a celebratory luncheon at the end of October.
