Registration fees

Registration includes entry to all Symposium sessions, including workshops (excluding Pre-Symposium workshop), entry to the Sunday night Opening Reception, lunch and morning and afternoon teas during the Symposium.

Due to venue’s size and the informal nature of the Symposium, registration numbers are limited. To avoid disappointment you are encouraged to register early.

Symposium dinner, Tuesday 11 July

The Symposium dinner is an optional extra, with the cost not included in the registration fee. The price for the evening is all inclusive and includes a sumptuous meal, drinks and two-way transfers for the 40-minute bus trip.

Held at the magnificent Medici Villa ‘La Ferdinanda’, the venue combines elegance and historical interest in a setting overlooking the far reaching Tuscan valleys. Traditional local antipasto and other dishes will be served, with the opportunity to take souvenir pictures. Partners, families  and friends are all welcome.

Cancellations and refunds policy

Before 1 April 2017:  50% refund

From 1 April to 31 May 2017: 75% refund

After 1 June 2017: no refund

New accommodation options become available regularly, so be sure to review the various options before making your booking. Also, for the first-time attendees, note that Prato is a small town so it would be worthwhile to secure your accommodation early.
