CUPID is both an editing tool and a searchable data repository. As an editing tool, it allows versioning and workflow approvals of course and unit data for deployment in various handbooks and CUPID itself. As a repository, it provides a searchable database for detailed course and unit information.

Staff can access CUPID from the 'Online systems' section of their 'Home page'. |
| Who can use it? |
All staff may search the database; authorised staff may edit the database. |
| How do I use it? |
You can search for detailed course and unit information using a comprehensive range of search parameters. You can also request reports to be sent to your mailbox.
