September 2008 to Early January 2009

• Release of DRAFT Monash Guidelines to faculty coordinators and the wider Monash community via web site (following DEEWR release)

2 April 2009 (Tuesday)

• Deadlines for non-faculty units with anticipated number of publications less than 20, to submit 'copies' of Proformas and verification evidence to Monash Research Office (MRO) for data entry into RM4 by MRO staff.

9 April 2009 (Thursday)

• Deadline for faculties 
  • to enter data in RM4 & complete faculty/unit checking and;
  • email RM4service@adm.monash.edu.au to confirm 2009 DEEWR publication collection is closed 
  • forward original completed certification forms 4 and 5 signed by Heads & ADRs to MRO
  • forward copies only of Proformas and verification evidence for internal audit of A1 category to Audit and Risk Management
    
  
  After this date only Monash Research Office staff will be able to make changes to the data, and the Internal Audit process will commence.

18 May 2009

• Faculties to gather copies only of Proformas and verification evidence for internal audit request for B1, C1 and E1 categories based on report sent by Audit and Risk Management.

29 May 2009

• Final Deadline for faculties to supply copies only of Proformas and verification evidence for internal audit for B1, C1 and E1 categories to Audit and Risk Management.

To be advised

• Faculties advised of internal audit outcomes, and given opportunity to provide further evidence to retain publications in collection.

15 June 2009

• Last date for faculties to advise of changes to the 2008 collection. 
  
  MRO will classify late DEEWR publications entered as A2, B2, C2 and E2 by faculties to DEEWR categories if appropriate, based on receiving 'copies' of all Proformas and verification evidence from faculties.

• DEEWR Publications Data Deadline in Canberra.
