Monash Requirements for Electronic Submission of Grant Applications
Increasingly, granting bodies are opting for electronic submission of grant applications. In some cases they also require hard copies, with University endorsement.
The University nevertheless requires that details of all research grants and contracts should be recorded in its research information database. Therefore you will need to send a copy of the submission to the Monash Research Office (MRO).

FAO should co-ordinate the completion of the relevant form above and send it in hard copy to the appropriate MRO scheme contact with a copy of the proposal and MRO Coversheet.
The MRO officer will liaise with Prof Edwina Cornish (DVC - Research) and advice FAO of approval or otherwise by email.
MRO staff will retain signed original form on file with proposal and MRO Coversheet.
Applicant to send final version of application to MRO Grants Officer for submission to funding body.

Submit the electronic application.
If the paper copies require university endorsement send them to the MRO together with the MRO Cover Sheet and the Certification of Funding Form allowing sufficient time for posting to the granting body.
If paper copies are not required, send a copy of the submission to the Monash Research Office with the documents as in 1 and 2.
