Note that after the close of each major ARC and NHMRC granting round, a request is sent to
the Primary Contact on each application to complete a Quality of Service Survey
which, at that time, will appear at the top of this list.

Monash Research Office – 2011 Self-Review

Monash University has a robust quality assurance framework which includes systematic review of all the service areas that support academic activities at Monash.

The Monash Research Office is one of those many service areas that work tirelessly to support research in the University, and it’s our aim to provide the very best service and advice possible to our research “customers.”

We would like to invite you and our many other stakeholders at Monash, to give us feedback on the service we provide by emailing your  submission to Professor Edwina Cornish, Senior Deputy Vice Chancellor & Deputy Vice Chancellor Research by Friday, 11 November 2011.

Analysis of submissions will be undertaken by an External Review Panel, so you can be assured that your feedback will be confidential, will reach us, and enable our team to adjust our service delivery to you, as needed.

  • e.g. 3 Early Career Researcher-suited funding schemes
• Search feature included on MRO Bulletin
• Same Google search functionality soon to be implemented specifically for MRO content
• RSS news feeds provided for most funding pages and MRO Bulletin (see above examples)
• Overhaul of MRO website has commenced and is at stage one request for comment.
