Customers can now book into classes online!

Please note:

  • All classes run for 55 minutes unless specified below:
    • All 6.30am classes and the 5pm ABS are 30 minute classes
    • All 12.10 and 1.10pm classes, and cycle classes are 45 minute classes
  • Classes highlighted in green run for 30 minutes, and classes highlighted in yellow run for 45 minutes.
  • No admittance 5 minutes after classes commence due to inadequate warm up.
  • Classes may be subject to change or cancellation without notice.
  • All participants are required to bring a towel and water bottle to classes.
