Customers can now book into classes online!

Please Note:

  • All classes run for 55 minutes unless specified.
  • All participants are required to bring a towel and water bottle to every class.
  • A ticket is required for entry into all classes.
  • Classes may be subject to change or cancellation without notice.
  • No admittance 5 minutes after classes commence due to inadequate warmup.
  • Access to our Group Fitness classes is included in all our Fitness and Fitness + Aquatic Memberships.
  • Enjoy access to our Swim Fit Classes with an Aquatic or Fitness + Aquatic Membership.
  • Casual entry passes are also available to access all classes.
