Caulfield is Monash University's second largest campus. The suburb of Caulfield is nine kilometres south-east of Melbourne and easy to access by public transport. The Caulfield Racecourse - home of the Caulfield Cup - is opposite the university.
Caulfield has around 15,000 students and staff. It is home to MUMA - the renowned Monash University Museum of Art - and has a gym, numerous health and well being services, and multiple cafes. Caulfield campus is surrounded by restaurants and food outlets, a supermarket and specialty shops.
Multifaceted, multicultural and urban, the campus is the main centre for: business and economics; art, design and architecture; and information technology. Other activities on campus include the Graduate School of Business, the departments of marketing, accounting and finance, management, the MBA program, journalism, criminal justice and criminology, psychology and social work. A wide range of undergraduate, graduate postgraduate research programs are available in these disciplines.

Caulfield campus is next to the Caulfield train station. There are regular trains that run between the city centre and Cranbourne, Dandenong, Frankston and Pakenham. Express trains are also available. Travel time to the city is 15-30 minutes.
The tram number three runs from Swanston St in the city directly to Caulfield campus.

Drive away from the city centre along Princes Highway. Travel time ranges from 15-25 minutes, depending on traffic. If coming from Melbourne airport, add another 30-45 minutes.
There is a taxi rank opposite the campus on Sir John Monash Drive.
The campus has ticketed multi-level carpark. Ticketed on-street parking ranges from one to five hours. Open the campus map to find specific parking areas.

International Mews is a group of 17 five-bedroom apartments and two two-bedroom apartments for Monash students. It is located in a private residential complex, a few minutes walk from the Caulfield campus.
