How to accept a Monash University English Language Centre (MUELC) offer

Step 1:

To accept your offer you need to complete all details on the acceptance form (pdf 102kb) and download the 'How to accept your offer' guide (pdf 706kb).

Step 2:

Please send to Monash University English Language Centre:

  • Your completed forms
  • Payment to cover your tuition fee deposit (as stated in your offer letter), and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) health insurance premium. The payment options available are a bank draft or online payment.
    • Bank draft made payable to 'Monash College Pty Ltd''. Please note that cash payment is not acceptable.

    • Online payment - the Custom House StudentPay system allows students to pay their fees from outside of Australia. Using the system provides payment transfer details that you can use with your online banking account, or take to your local bank branch to process. See payment instructions on how to use Custom House StudentPay.

Upon receipt of your document and payment we will forward to you a receipt for fees paid, and a pre-departure package containing important information about living in Melbourne and studying at Monash.
