How to accept a Monash College offer

Step 1

To accept your offer you need to complete all details on the relevant student acceptance form:

Step 2

Please send to Monash College:

  • Your completed forms
  • Payment to cover your tuition fee deposit (as stated in your Offer Letter), amenities fee and health insurance premium. The payment options available are a bank draft or online payment.
    • Bank draft made payable to 'Monash University'. Please note that cash payment is not acceptable.

    • Online payment - the Custom House StudentPay system allows students to pay their fees from outside of Australia. Using the system provides payment transfer details that you can use with your online banking account, or take to your local bank branch to process. See payment instructions on how to use Custom House StudentPay.

Upon receipt of a full deposit you will be issued an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE).

Please note:

  • You can pay at the office where your application was made. If your application was made with an overseas representative of Monash, you may make payment with this representative.

Do you have a conditional offer?

A conditional offer means that you need to meet a certain requirement before you can enter your chosen course. Your Offer Letter outlines the condition(s) you must meet. You must satisfy the condition(s) before a full (unconditional) offer can be made.

When you have met the condition(s) of your offer, send certified copies of your documents to:

Once your documentation is received, Monash will reassess your application and if successful, a Full (unconditional) Offer Letter will be sent to you.
