How to accept a Monash University offer
Step 1
- Please provide your current contact details, as we may need to contact you directly.
Step 2
- More information about organising your visa.
- Your fees must be paid before the offer lapse date to secure a place. Please complete your fee and payment details on your
acceptance form. If you are accepting a conditional offer, you must pay your fees before the offer lapse date to hold your place. If you do not
meet the conditions stipulated in your offer letter, you are
eligible for a full refund. Note: an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment (eCOE) cannot be issued until the conditions in your
offer statement are met.
- If you are accepting an offer for a Monash Entry Package (an offer
for two or more Monash programs grouped together), complete your
fee and payment details, including full tuition fees for your
first course plus a A$1000 deposit towards your next course.
Step 3
- Your completed Acceptance form plus all payments, including tuition fees and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), and visa documents must be submitted to Monash University International Recruitment Services before your electronic Confirmation of Enrolment can be issued.
- We must receive your payment before the offer lapse date, as stated on your offer letter (so check the date carefully).
- Cash payment is not accepted.
- Dishonoured bank drafts will incur a A$55 fee.
Monash University payment options
Bankdraft
Please mail completed Application form, together with a bank draft made payable to 'Monash University' (unless credit card details provided), to:
- Monash University, 871 Dandenong Road, Caulfield East VIC 3145, Australia, or
- Fax a copy of your bankdraft to: +61 3 9903 4778, or
- Deliver in person to: Monash University, 871 Dandenong Road, Caulfield East Victoria 3145, Australia, or
- In Malaysia, mail or deliver to: Monash College, Monash University Sunway campus, Jalan Lagoon Selatan, Bandar Sunway, 46150, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
Online payment
The Custom House StudentPay system allows students to pay their fees from outside of Australia.
Using the system provides payment transfer details that you can:
- use with your online banking account, or
- take to your local bank branch to process

Telegraphic transfer
- You must ask the bank to include your Student Name and ID Number as a reference otherwise we will not know that you have paid and your offer may lapse.
- Once the transfer is complete, fax a copy of Form 1 and TT receipts to +61 3 9903 4778.
- An electronic Confirmation of Enrolment cannot be issued until funds are cleared.
