Police and Working with Children checks for Monash-approved care-givers

All staff of care-giver services, family friends approved as care-givers and adults providing Homestay accommodation to international students under the age of 18 are required to provide Monash with:

• a Police check (pdf 187kb) that has been undertaken over the previous 12 months
• and a Working With Children check - to obtain this form visit the Department of Justice website.

Police checks are valid at the time of issue. The Working with Children check is valid for 5 years.
