Free teacher PD session - New ways of incorporating devices into your classroom

This PD session will focus on new ways of incorporating devices (e.g. smart phones, iPADs) into your classroom.

Augmented reality (AR) allows you to look at real world objects through a digital device such as an iPad or smart phone and to have more information displayed on the screen. While this is an exciting and engaging new use of digital devices, how can we best use this in teaching and learning?

Join Drs Michael Phillips and Michael Henderson who have more than 25 years of school teaching experience in this hands on workshop that will introduce you to several different AR applications that are freely available and can be easily used in a wide variety of subject areas and year levels.

Venue: Clayton campus (Rotunda 3 Theatre, 46 Exhibition Walk)
