Senior Management Forum (SMF)

Chaired by the Vice-Chancellor, the Senior Management Forum is held twice a year and serves as a discussion forum in which to explore pertinent strategic or operational matters.

The Senior Management Forum is attended by senior leadership and functional leads across the Monash Group entity. Additional staff may be invited to attend specific meetings depending on the matters proposed for discussion.

Membership includes the University’s Provost, Deputy Vice-Chancellors, Senior Vice-Presidents, the President of Academic Board, Vice-Provosts, Vice-Presidents, Deans, Pro Vice-Chancellors and senior staff as determined by the Chair.

Meeting frequency

The SMF meets at least two times per year.

Substitutes

Substitutes will not be permitted.
