Outcome 11: Support services and reporting pathways, including specialist external services, are actively promoted to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and staff
How we will achieve this:
11.1 Review dedicated orientation programming for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to ensure effective and relevant promotion of internal and external support services for students who may experience sexual assault, sexual harassment or other forms of concerning behaviour.
11.2 Consult with the Indigenous Employee Network to develop and review ways in which our response services support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff and students.
11.3 Specialist training from an expert Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander organisation on gender-based violence for response staff (Safer Community Unit, Respectful & Ethical Conduct) and other relevant areas (Respectful Communities).
