Outcome 16: Relevant policy and procedure aligns with current best practice response to disclosures and reports of sexual assault and sexual harassment

How we will achieve this:

16.1 Expand the Sexual Misconduct Response Procedure scope to apply to students, staff and third parties.

16.2 Undertake an analysis to understand the implications of adopting affirmative consent definition within the Sexual Misconduct Response Procedure and timeframes for implementation.

16.3 Review, and update if required, the terminology of sexual misconduct currently utilised within the Sexual Misconduct Response Procedure to confirm whether this remains best practice.

16.4 Review educational content to ensure a consistent affirmative consent model and definition is utilised.
